Danny Mason, age 66 of Andrews, NC passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.
He was a native of Macon County, NC; son of the late Herschel and Christine Morgan Mason. Herschel worked at Bakers. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha Jean Harper and Gloria Morgan.
He is survived by his wife, June Evelyn Mason; one daughter, Tracy Mann and husband Nathan; two sisters, Mary Evelyn Luther and Doris Lewis; one grandson, Noah Collier and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Townson-Rose Chapel in Andrews. Pastor Matthew Mull and Rev. Curtis Pendergraft will officiate.
