Peggy T. Brammer: Obituary

Peggy T. Brammer, 88, of Murphy, NC died at Life Care of Copper Basin on Saturday, August 20, 2016.

A native of Alamance County she was the wife of the late J.C. “Jack” Summers and the late J. Russell Brammer and the daughter of Rev. J.H. Trogdon and Zella Leona Steele Trogdon, both deceased. She was a member of Ranger United Methodist Church in Murphy, NC where she was also a member of the United Methodist Women and a former Sunday School Superintendent.

She is survived by a niece, Georgette Howerton and husband Ronald of Atlanta, GA along with several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her first and second husband and parents, Peggy was preceded in death by a brother, French Trogdon; and a sister, Polly Claytor.

A graveside service will be held at Gibsonville City Cemetery on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 2:00 PM by Rev. James L Rosser.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Ranger United Methodist Church in Murphy, NC.
