Mr. David Warren Smith: Obituary

David Warren Smith, age 45 of Murphy, passed away Friday, November 18, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. David was born October 22, 1971 in Morganton, NC. He was the grandson of the late Warren and Emily Mack He was a truck driver and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include: his parents, Evelyn and John T. Reed, long time girl friend and companion, Amanda Dalrymple, children, Dylan Smith, Levi Sutton, Ethan Smith, Jacob Smith, Chandler Smith, Kristen Elkins, Kandra Smith and Piper Smith, sisters, Tammy Spivey and Melissa (Randy) McClure, brother, Danny (Sabrina) Smith, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services: Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.Scott Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Peachtree Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers, Dylan Smith, Dustin Smith, Steven Dockery, Seth McClure, Frank Collins, Roger Spivey, Charlie Cobb and Jordan Teague. Honorary Pallbearers, Danny Smith, Chandler Smith, Jacob Smith and Ethan Smith.
The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home Of Murphy, Tuesday, November 22, 2016, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
