Robert Earl Tyler, age 78 of Murphy, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at his home. Robert was born December 13, 1938 in Talledga County, AL. In his spare time, Mr. Tyler enjoyed golfing, fishing, wood working and a good conversation. Robert was an active member of Murphy Church of God, he was preceded in death by Father, Samual Horace Tyler, Mother, Florence Elizabeth Brown Tyler, Brother, Gerald Kenneth Tyler & brother, Terry Oneal Tyler.

Survivors include: Wife, Barbara Clay Tyler, grandson, Matthew Tyler, granddaughter, Olivia Tyler, son, Patrick Tyler, son, Barry Tyler.
