Andrews Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year old missing juvenile

The Andrews Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year old missing juvenile who went missing from Andrews Public Library. Cecilia Genevieve Mendoza , 15, was reporting missing by her foster family members. She was last seen around 4:15 p.m. Monday 02/06/2017, leaving the Andrews Public Library. Possibly headed to Jackson County and in the company of her mother Kimberly Dawn Crowe.

LAST SEEN WEARING A PINK & BLACK HOODIE WITH BLUE JEANS AND BROWN BOOTS AND POSSIBLE WEARING A BACKPACK.
