Nancy Jane Haines, 71 of Warne, NC. passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 9, 2016, in the Murphy Medical Center following an extended illness. She was born on Nov. 7, 1944, in Pittsburg, PA., and is the daughter of the late Lawrence Albert Wieland Jr. and the late Jean Barefoot Wieland. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Nancy was of the Christian faith.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband of forty-three years, William (Carl) Haines Jr. of Warne, NC., two sons, Frank Ebersold (Steve) of Lansing, IO., Sean Ebersold (Kim) of Wellington, FL., daughter, Jennifer Haines of Knoxville, TN., two sisters, Martha Dobrodziej of Boynton Beach, FL, Joy Pittman of Noblesville IN., and two grandchildren, Emily Ann and Sydney Jane Ebersold both of Wellington, FL and many other relatives and friends. Nancy was an educator with the Palm Beach County School District for many years. She loved her family dearly, and also loved to read, crochet, and take walks on the beach.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to a favorite charity of your choice in Nancy’s memory.
