Kurt William Jensen, 60, passed peacefully Saturday, September 3, 2016 at his Serenity cabin in Murphy, North Carolina. He was born on April 11th, 1956 to Leif and Tenna Jensen in Brooklyn, New York, and graduated from Clarkson College of Technology in 1978 with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. Kurt took immense pride in his own firm, JAG Engineering, and could often be seen playing darts or throwing water balloons around the office. His true passions, however, were found in sunsets, volleyball at the beach, spending time with his kids, and through his immense network of close friends.

He is lovingly remembered by his three children, Jared Jensen, Krista Mazzarella, and Brooke Jensen; and his four siblings, Otto Jensen, Susan Naglieri, Ria Jensen, and Mark Jensen.

His love for music, laughter, and the Lord will be celebrated at a 1:00 pm service on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Church Of The Cross, 5051 26th St. W, Bradenton FL.
