Wilson Ramsey Ruff, 21 of Hayesville passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at his home. Wilson was born August 6, 1995 in Columbia, S.C. He was a member at the Old Fashion Baptist Church in Martin’s Creek. He worked in construction when he was able and he enjoyed trapping and hunting in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his biological mother, Lisa Vance and his infant twin sister.

Survivors include his wife, Suesie Cook Ruff, daughter, Ollie Annabeth Ruff, the parents that raised him, Sharon and Wilson Kessler, thirteen brothers and sisters, Melissa Vance of W.V., Darrell Vance of W.V., Andrew Ruff of W.V., Sandra Ruff of S.C., Jacklyn Fieldman of S.C., William Vance of OH, Gaston Vance of GA, Michael Vance of S.C., Hazel Lewis of S.C., Robert Kessler of W.V., Edwin Kessler of W.V., Misty Kessler of S.C. and Katheryn Chapman of S.C.

Services will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 3:00 pm at the Old Fashion Baptist Church with Rev. Hoyt Brown, Ben Hogsed and Nathan Rose officiating.
