Mitchell was able to make it a 5 point ballgame with a little less than 4 minutes left in the third, yet the Lady Bulldogs experience proved to be too much as they weren’t rattled at all and were able to knock down some key free throws and extend their lead down the stretch, ultimately coming away with a double-digit W.
