As of January 14, 2025, the Andrews High School Lady Wildcats basketball team holds a 6-5 overall record, with a 1-1 standing in their conference. As the insanity of Conference season approaches on the hardwood, the Cats need just 4 more wins to post a second straight 10 win season for the first time in 8 years. But these girls are eyeing way more than just a double digit win season.
Senior point guard Kylie Donaldson leads the team with an average of 16.7 points per game, showcasing her scoring ability and leadership on the court.
Freshman guard/forward Dréa Cutshaw has been a versatile contributor, averaging 8.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 4.2 steals per game, highlighting her all-around impact.
Junior forward/center Alexis Beasley provides a strong presence in the paint, averaging 0.3 blocks per game.
The Lady Wildcats are preparing for upcoming conference games, including an away match at Hiwassee Dam on January 16 and a home game against Highlands on January 17.
These contests are crucial as the team aims to maintain their momentum and strengthen their position in the conference standings.
