Drug bust at arcade off US Hwy 64

MURPHY, NC – A search of The American Pride Sweepstakes Arcade led to the arrest of three suspects for violation of the North Carolina General Statutes pertaining to gambling and illegal possession of controlled substances.

The September 14 arrest stemmed from evidence of illegal gambling and uncovering of methamphetamine, heroin, and Buprenorphine Naloxone on the premise.

Cristin Elise Stinchcomb,40, was charged with allowing the operation of more than five video gaming machines, possession of more than five video gaming machines, possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, simple possession of schedule III controlled substances, and maintaining a dwelling for the use, storage of controlled substances. She was placed under a $12,000 secure bond with a September 23 court date.

Bradley Wayne Lackey was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, simple possession of schedule III controlled substances, and maintaining a dwelling for the use, storage of controlled substances. He was placed under a $10,000 secure bond and has a September 23 court date.

Tammy Lee Gallaher was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver methamphetamine. She was placed under a $5,000 secure bond and a September 23 court date.
