Andrews, NC- A massive 3rd quarter from Xander Wachacha and his team allowed the Robbinsville Black Knights to come away with a 63-52 victory in the Conference Tournament Championship game.

Things were back and forth for the entirety of the first half, as Robbinsville headed into halftime with a 26-24 lead over Murphy.

The back and forth battle ceased in the second half, as Xander Wachacha poured in 9 of the Black Knights 24 third quarter points to give them a 50-35 lead over Murphy.

A scuffle with three seconds left in the 4th nearly cleared the benches on both sides, but after things were cleared Bryce Adams dropped in 1 of his 2 free-throws, allowing the Knights to come away with the victory.

The Black Knights will get the 1 seed out of the Smoky Mountain Conference heading into the playoffs, as playoff brackets will be announced tomorrow.
